If you run a security company, the British Standard codes of practice decide a lot of what buyers, insurers and approved contractor schemes expect to see. Reading each standard cover to cover takes time, so we’ve made a short video for each one. Every video explains what the code covers, who it applies to and what you need in place, in plain English.
The videos are presented by Craig Willetts, a UK lead auditor with over 20 years’ experience in the security industry. Pick the codes that match your services and work through them at your own pace. They also make useful refresher training for managers and supervisors.

Need the documents to go with it?
Watching the video is the first step. If you need the policies, procedures and forms to show you work to a code, our security code of practice document packages start from £99 ex VAT per code. Each package is branded for your company and comes with one month of support and underpinning knowledge training for your team.
If you also want a full ISO management system, our ISO packages start from £999 ex VAT for one standard. Certification body fees are charged separately and you choose your own certification body. For screening, Screen My Staff carries out BS 7858 screening for security employers, and the ISO Training Institute runs online courses including BS 7858.
